Broker Enquiry Representatives — Ad # 6596
Employment type: Full-time Permanent
Location: North Vancouver, B.C.
Regular full-time opportunities are available for Broker Enquiry Representatives at our head office in North Vancouver.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to a variety of enquiries from the broker community and/or on behalf of other corporate departments
- Providing customer service on issues regarding motor vehicle registration, licensing and insurance
- Explaining the applicable policies and procedures as well as advising the customer of appropriate corrective action
- Accessing computer databases and reference manuals to research and obtain information
Your qualifications will include:
- Excellent communication skills
- Completion of several courses leading to a CAIB designation
- Excellent knowledge of Autoplan Data Capture (ADC)
Applicants must possess previous Autoplan broker experience in order to be given further consideration.
The hours of operation of the Broker Enquiry Call Centre are as follows:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 8:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
Shifts will be scheduled within these hours of operation.
