Manager Analysis and Testing Best Practices — Ad # 6628

Bring your wealth of expert knowledge and enthusiasm to defining and implementing a scalable business and testing analysis function based on best business and testing analysis practices that always add value to the corporation by supporting business solution delivery.

The Manager Analysis and Testing Best Practices will play a key role in this evolution as well as in the governance of the application of the best practices employed. The ongoing evolution of the practice is a critical factor in ensuring that services support the business as it changes.

This position will focus on the delivery of services offered by the business and testing analysis function; growth of the practice through mentorship and coaching of the business and test analysts; development of the business and test analysis community; championing the practice and marketing and education of the practice model to clients and partners.

Your responsibilities also include:

  • Identification of new skills requirements.
  • Design and implementation of knowledge sharing and knowledge management solutions to ensure dissemination of information to the business and testing analysts and partners.

Candidates to this position will also demonstrate the ability to translate department tactics into action that deliver products and services to the Corporation's customers; to hire, prepare, guide, motivate, support and direct employees in the delivery of products and services; and to hold employees accountable for the effective and efficient delivery of the Corporation's products and services.

Your knowledge of the best practices, emerging trends and changes in the field, along with your ability to lead and inspire a team, will play a key part in your success in this role.

The work requires a sound understanding of the underlying theoretical principles and concepts associated with business analysis and testing best practices. This specialized training is typically recognized by an undergraduate degree and/or a professional designation in a technical/business/scientific field. Several years of related direct/indirect work experience in a continuous learning environment is typically required for someone to perform this job, including current management experience.
