Some of these changes may mean you need to change your coverage. For example, if you move to a different area, you may need to change the territory on your insurance. See your Autoplan broker to notify ICBC of changes to any of the above. Because your insurance is a legal document, your broker will require your signature to make changes to it.

If you have moved out of B.C., there are special requirements. Driver's licence changes can be made at any driver licensing office or with your Autoplan broker. For address change information specific to driver licenses go here.

Cancelling insurance

For information on how to cancel Autoplan insurance, contact your Autoplan broker or call Customer Service - Accounts at (604) 661-2800 from the Lower Mainland, or toll-free 1-800-663-3051 from elsewhere in North America. Please note that you may have to pay a cancellation fee.
