ICBC continues to implement recommendations made in the PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) investigation of its Burnaby-based research and training facility. Vehicles repaired at the facility were incorrectly designated and then sold to the public and ICBC employees. By taking actions we are working to prevent a similar issue in the future.
ICBC received a number of requests under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act for additional information about employees who were disciplined as a result of the investigation. An information bulletin has now been released. ICBC is committed to providing further details as permitted under the Act.
