Stacy Shields is currently vice-president, human resources, for the Pacific National Exhibition (PNE), and sits on their executive management committee. She has more than 10 years experience in human resources, with expertise in labour relations, compensation, and policy development.
She is currently on the nominations committee for the YWCA Women of Distinction Awards. Stacy has also previously sat on the steering committee for the Doug McCaulder Learning Center at Hastings Park. She was also the chair of the professional development committee for the Canadian Association of Fairs and Exhibitions and was a speaker at the 2004 and 2006 national conventions.
Stacy has a bachelors degree in science from the University of British Columbia, and is a Certified Human Resources Professional.
She is also an active member of British Columbia Human Resources Management Association (BCHRMA) and has served as a volunteer mentor with the BCHRMA professional mentorship program since 2006.
