 Kellee Irwin Kellee Irwin - Vice President, Insurance and Driver Licensing (Acting)

Kellee joined ICBC in 2006 as the first Vice President of Underwriting. In her current role as Vice President of Insurance and Driver Licensing (Acting), Kellee’s division is responsible for delivering the insurance and driver licensing products and services that are important to our customers while helping to keep them safe on the road. Brian Jarvis Brian Jarvis - Vice President, Claims

Brian's career path has placed him in roles of increasing responsibility in both the technical and operational aspects of claims. He left his position as Senior VP of Claims with Zurich Insurance Company to return to his roots at ICBC where he began his insurance career. [more]
Barbara Meens Thistle Barbara Meens Thistle - Vice President, Human resources

Barbara joined ICBC in April 2014, after spending five years as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Emera Inc. (an energy company) in Halifax, Nova Scotia. [more]
Kathy Parslow Kathy Parslow - Vice President, Corporate Services

Kathy's career at ICBC began in government and corporate relations in 1998. Kathy was one of the original members of the corporate development strategy team and played a key role in the 2001-2003 mandate review of ICBC. [more]

Andy came to ICBC in September 2010 from the Vancouver Organizing Committee for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games (VANOC), where he ran the technology infrastructure team from 2005 through to the completion of the project in April 2010. [more]
