Len Posyniak - Vice President, Human Resources

Len Posyniak is responsible for providing strategic human resource services in order to support ICBC's goal of high performing, engaged and capable people.

He has extensive experience in human resources and organization development in both the public and private sector. Prior to joining ICBC, he was a Senior Executive (partner) with Accenture providing human capital consulting advice and business process outsourcing service delivery. Preceding his time with Accenture, Len was a Vice-President with Saskatchewan Wheat Pool, where he was responsible for human resources, corporate communications and government relations.

Len holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Saskatchewan and a Bachelor of Administration from the University of Regina, as well as a Certified Human Resources Professional designation.

Len is a Director of the British Columbia Human Resources Management Association and has served as a Trustee of several major pension plans, and has an Institute of Corporate Directors designation (ICD.D).
