Our three-year, dynamic program will provide you with work rotations in:
- Internal Audit
- Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Investments
- Financial Consulting & Business Analysis
- Budgeting & Forecasting
We'll support you in your pursuit of the CA designation through regular coaching and mentoring to ensure you are receiving the right type of work experience and the ability to demonstrate proficiency in the CA competencies.
With each rotation you can expect challenging assignments, increasing responsibility for projects, interaction with managers across the corporation, and expansion of your professional network with other team members.
Once you have obtained your CA designation, you will be part of our full-time finance team where you will further develop your skills.

Co-op and internship
Get experience while you're still in school. In addition to the internship opportunities available, we offer an Information Services co-op program.

Consider completing your co-op requirements within our Information Services Division (ISD). You'll get an opportunity to explore areas of ISD and be introduced to different aspects of business at ICBC. There are additional opportunities to become involved with, and give back to, your community through our extensive programs.

Practicum
We promote learning opportunities in your discipline for practicum students that will challenge you to define your career interests in a real work environment where you can use the skills you’ve gained in the classroom.
Temporary and part-time
If you have a flexible student schedule, consider our part-time and temporary opportunities to gain some great experience in administrative, clerical accounting, customer service and call centre roles.
