“I started at ICBC as a co-op student working with ISD. The experience blew me away. The people are so encouraging and empowering that you’re really able to help make noticeable change to the organization.
I wasn’t just given the work people didn’t want to do, rather given work that helped me define and improve my skill set. This experience definitely gave me a hugely positive view of ICBC and the work we do for our customers, and it was a main driving point why I decided to stay on as a permanent employee.”
