Information requests and privacy complaints

In either case, please write to our privacy and freedom of information department. They will handle your request as required by B.C.'s Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

Your request needs to include

• your name, address and phone number (if possible), and
• a full description of the information you're requesting, or
• a complete explanation of your privacy concern.

Note: All requests and complaints must be in writing, as required by the Act.
