Why ICBC surveys our customers

Phone surveys help us find out what we're doing right—and what we need to work on.

These confidential surveys are conducted on our behalf by NRG Research Group, an independent research company based in Vancouver.

If you are contacted by an NRG representative, please be assured that these surveys are legitimate, and are permitted under Protection of Privacy legislation. Your identity will not be revealed without your permission.

"Do not call" list

Participating in a survey is completely voluntary.
