Meeting your adjuster

When you report your accident to ICBC's Dial-a-Claim, an operator will make an appointment for you to meet an adjuster at a local ICBC claim centre.

You can report to Dial-a-Claim by calling 604-520-8222 within the Lower Mainland or 1-800-910-4222 from anywhere else in the province. If you're outside B.C., please call 1-800-910-4222.

If it would be more convenient for you, you can also ask a relative or friend to call Dial-a-Claim for you to book an appointment. For more information:
