Therapy and rehabilitation

If you've been injured in a motor vehicle crash, ICBC wants to make sure you get the help and support you need — even if you were found legally liable [click for definition] for the crash. That's why your basic ICBC insurance policy includes "No Fault" Accident Benefits.

Drivers who were injured in a crash for which another motorist was at fault — either completely or partly — may also be awarded compensatory damages to help pay for rehabilitation or therapy. However, you are only eligible for these damages if another motorist was assessed at least partly liable.
