At ICBC, we handle more than one million claims every year.

We try hard to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their claims settlements. With most of them, we're successful.

But sometimes people feel they didn't get what they deserved. Either their claim was denied or they didn't receive the settlement offer they expected.

If you're concerned about how we treated you:

Find out why claims are sometimes denied.
Learn about ICBC's Fairness Process.
Phone ICBC general enquiries: 604-661-2800 if you are in the Lower Mainland or 1-800-663-3051 if you're calling from elsewhere in the province.
You will be referred to a claims manager or a customer service representative. He or she will listen to your concerns and recommend how to proceed.
