Reporting a claim checklist

Have the following information ready when you make a claim:

  • vehicle licence plate numbers of all vehicles involved in the crash
  • driver's licence numbers of all drivers involved in the crash
  • where the crash happened
  • when the crash happened, and
  • police file number (for serious crashes, thefts, & vandalism)
