Your car has been vandalized

If you purchased ICBC Comprehensive insurance you have coverage for vandalism and malicious mischief.

This includes vehicle damage caused by key-scratching, kicking, graffiti and so on.

Deductibles

If you have a vandalism claim, you pay the Comprehensive deductible [click for definition] and ICBC pays the remainder of the costs less depreciation.

Your claim will not affect your position on the Claim-Rated Scale.

Total loss

In cases where the cost to repair the vehicle exceeds the value of the vehicle, we may have to write off your vehicle. See total loss for more information.
