- If your vehicle was taken to a claim centre for a damage estimate, contact the ICBC estimator assigned to your claim.
- If your vehicle was taken directly to a repair shop, contact your local

Non-ICBC accredited shops may not offer guaranteed repairs, but you can still contact us if you're not happy with them.
First, try speaking to the manager of the shop. If your issue is still not resolved, please contact the estimator assigned to your claim.
