If you're not satisfied with the amount we offer to settle your claim, here is what you can do:
Ask your adjuster for an explanation of the offer. It's important that both of you understand all the factors that had to be taken into account. This is your opportunity to point out anything that might have been overlooked.
Talk to your adjuster’s manager
If after talking to your adjuster you're still not satisfied with the settlement offer, ask to speak to your adjuster's manager. The manager can objectively review the circumstances of your claim.
If there is still a disagreement, the manager will let you know what dispute options are available to you.
