The Auto Theft 101 and Auto Theft 201 videos are the property
of ICBC and are intended for use in law enforcement and fraud investigation
training only. These videos are not intended for general distribution and may
not be viewed by any person without ICBC's prior written permission. ICBC will
not be responsible for the actions of any person who has viewed these videos,
whether that person had ICBC's permission to view the videos or not. Cheques
must be drawn on company or police department accounts; no personal cheques
will be accepted unless prior authorization is obtained through ICBC.
