Stopping auto crime in multi-residential and mixed-use buildings is a new guide developed with funds from the ICBC Greater Vancouver Region Auto Crime Prevention Program. The guide provides self-help and educational assistance to strata councils, building owners, and building managers on the most effective techniques to counter auto crime activities.
