You can also pick up a print copy at any ICBC driver licensing office. Your first copy is free with your learner's licence. A fee is charged for replacement copies.
Study Tuning up for Riders at home, then take it out with you to guide you through your riding practice sessions. You'll start by building the foundation of your riding skills off the road at low speeds, and progress to riding in more challenging environments (e.g., in traffic, at intersections, at higher speeds).
As you work through Tuning up for Riders, also refer to B.C.'s safe riding guide, Learn to Ride Smart. Together, these manuals will help you become a skilful, safe rider.
