What should I bring to the first interview with my claim adjuster?
Answer
To avoid delays, please bring the following information to your meeting with your adjuster:
- your vehicle insurance papers, including those of any other auto insurer that provides coverage for you
- your driver's licence
- accident information
- names of witnesses
- your B.C. CareCard
- the name of your preferred body shop
- details of any extended medical benefit and disability plans
If you are off work, please provide a recent pay slip from your employer.
