What is Express Repair?

ICBC's Express Repair service gives eligible customers the choice of going directly to an ICBC-accredited repair shop for damage estimates and repairs. They do not have to go to an ICBC claim centre first.
ICBC determines whether you are eligible for Express Repair after your report a claim.
Express Repair provides alternative transportation and safe, quality, guaranteed repairs.
If you prefer, you have the option of taking the vehicle to a claim centre for an estimate before getting it repaired.
