My windshield (or other glass) is broken. How do I make a claim and get it repaired?
Answer
If the only damage to your vehicle is a single window or windshield, you can go directly to an ICBC Glass Express shop. You don't need to report the claim to ICBC first.
You can also go to an ICBC claim centre. It's your choice.
