Call ICBC's Ongoing Claims Services department at 1-800-667-7740.
Note: ICBC Autoplan insurance is only valid in Canada and the U.S., not Mexico.
Regardless of your location, you should report an accident or vehicle-related crime to the police immediately. Ask for a police file number.
In the case of a multi-vehicle crash, please obtain from the other motorist:
- The name of his or her insurance company
- His or her insurance policy number
