Can I get a rental car?

Maybe. Much depends on the insurance you bought from ICBC.
If you purchased ICBC Loss of Use coverage or the RoadStar Package, you are entitled to be reimbursed for substitute transportation after a crash.
However, if you did not buy either coverage you may still be entitled to substitute transportation.
For example, if another driver is found to be at fault for your crash, his or her insurance may reimburse you for your substitute transportation costs.
