Answer
ICBC's “no-fault” Accident Benefits provide wage loss payments of up to $300 per week for all employed people injured in a crash. Accident Benefits are paid no matter who was at fault for the crash. Eligibility for benefits begins on the eighth day of disability. This coverage is part of Basic Autoplan.
Note: Workers who are eligible for Workers' Compensation Board benefits are not eligible for Accident Benefits.
