Len Posyniak — VP Human Resources and Corporate Law


Len comes to ICBC with extensive experience in human resources and labour relations in both the public and private sector, most recently as Executive Vice President, Human Resources with Accenture Business Services for Utilities. While there, he built and led a full-service HR business unit providing services to utility companies across North America, with client user satisfaction improving year-over-year.

From 1999 - 2003, Len was Vice President, Human Resources and Communications with the Saskatchewan Wheat Pool, and prior to that, from 1996 to 1999, he was General Manager, Human Resources for the City of Surrey.

Len's background is diverse, covering organizational development, compensation, employee wellness, training and development, corporate communications, performance management, labour relations, employee engagement and organizational development. His strength is in leading the implementation of innovative and effective HR programs.

Len holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Saskatchewan and a Bachelor of Administration from the University of Regina as well as a CHRP designation.

Len is married and has two children. He is an active participant in soccer, sea kayaking, skiing and long distance running.
