Geri Prior — President & CEO/Chief Financial Officer
Geri Prior was appointed President and CEO of ICBC on an interim basis, effective May 2, 2008. She has been ICBC's Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Executive Committee since the year 2000. She previously led ICBC teams in change management, cost containment and planning. She also worked in various roles in audit after joining the company in 1987.
Before joining ICBC, Geri held a number of financial, audit and operational positions with Touche Ross & Co.
Geri was born and raised in Vancouver. She graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce - Administration and Management Information Systems from the University of British Columbia in 1983. She became a Chartered Accountant in 1986 while employed by Touche Ross & Co.
