Temporary Administrative Opportunities — Ad # 6442
Employment Type: Temporary (3 to 6 months)
Hours of Work: Various
Location: Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley
Salary: Approximately $20.00 per hour
We are seeking applications from dynamic and flexible administrative support professionals who want to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Greeting customers and responding to enquiries
- Performing a variety of administrative support functions such as filing, paying bills and arranging meetings
- Typing correspondence and memos
- Preparing and reviewing reports and documents for accuracy
- Maintaining and updating all statistical documents
- Assisting in opening, maintaining and closing claim files
Your qualifications will include:
- A minimum typing speed of 45 net words per minute with a 90% accuracy level
- Strong customer service skills
- Initiative and good judgment to be proactive and determine priorities
- Ability to multi-task and to be flexible to adapt to changing work demands, volumes and schedules
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Additional knowledge, skills or abilities include:
- Dicta-typing
- Data entry
- Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint
