Regional Marketing & Communication Coordinator — Ad # 6605

Location: Victoria, BC
Based in Victoria, you will play a key role in helping us make roads safer and insurance premiums lower. You are a highly-motivated self-starter with an impressive career in marketing, internal/external communications, media as well as stakeholder and public relations.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Identifying regional issues and developing customized corporate marketing and communication programs
- Evaluating results of marketing research and make recommendations on appropriate action
- Assessing situations and determining best public relations response
- Ensuring cost-effectiveness of programs and products
- Providing marketing and communication advice to the regional management team
- Writing and editing material including reports, speeches, media releases, business plans and promotional materials
Your qualifications will include:
- Superior communication skills
- Two or more years of experience in Adobe Creative Suite or similar application
- Proven experience in media relations
- Exceptional writing and editing skills
Expertise with sales incentive programs would be an asset. A valid BC driver’s licence is required for frequent travel throughout a geographic region.
