Employees who work at our head office have access to a fully equipped fitness facility that promotes health and well being. Employees can participate in yoga, conditioning and stretching classes, running clinics, health seminars and lunch-and-learn sessions covering topics as diverse as health, nutrition, and stress management. In addition, ICBC has a range of health and wellness resources available.

Employees and their families have access to our confidential Employee Family Assistance Program (EFAP). The EFAP provides advice and counselling to employees at any time by phone or an appointment with a counsellor. This service provides confidential, professional assistance to employees and their families on a range of work related, personal and family issues.

Training and development
