Our Operating Regions

ICBC has four operating regions to ensure that our services meet the needs of all our customers from across the province. Each region has its own media relations contacts for local community issues.

North Central Region
North Central Region includes the central interior as far south as 100 Mile House, the Peace River district, Prince Rupert and the Queen Charlottes, and all points north. The regional office is located in Prince George.
Southern Interior Region
Southern Interior Region covers the southern third of the province, including the Kamloops area, the Okanagan and Kootenay regions, as far west as Boston Bar and Lillooet. The regional office is located in Kelowna.
Vancouver Island Region
Vancouver Island Region also encompasses the Gulf Islands and the mainland coast community of Powell River. The regional office is located in Victoria.
Lower Mainland Region
This region covers the entire south-west corner of mainland B.C., from Pemberton to Boston Bar. It includes the Fraser Valley, Greater Vancouver and the southern Sunshine Coast.
