Updated technical requirements to access ICBC Business Partners

Effective Thursday, December 13, 2018, ICBC will be upgrading the Business Partners site. We recommend you use of any of the following browsers for the best experience on the site:

  • Chrome (version 68 or newer)

  • Chrome for Android

  • Safari (version 11 or newer)

  • Safari for iOS

  • Internet Explorer (version 11 or newer)

  • Edge (version 40 or newer)

  • Firefox (version 61 or newer)

We recommend updating your browser before December 13.

While your current browser may still display the upgraded site, using one of the supported browsers above ensures you'll have the best experience across all devices and will be able to take advantage of future functionality.

Users of Glass Web Express and Claims Document and Image system

Please note: Partners who use our Glass Web Express application or Claims Document and Image system will need to continue to use Internet Explorer 11 to access these systems.

Bookmarks and favourites after December 13, 2018

If you had a shortcut to the Partners site bookmarked or saved to your Favourites prior to December 13, you will need to update these.

  • Click the wheel icon in the upper right corner of your browser window.

  • Choose Internet Options.

  • Click the Advanced tab.

  • Scroll to Security.

  • Ensure TLS 1.2 is checked.
