Greg Drew

Topics: impaired driving, speed, vehicle safety, decision making and life choices

Even without a post-secondary degree, Greg would like to think he has a master’s in life experiences. Drawing from a 32-year career in fire services, and having lived through every parent’s worst nightmare — the loss of his 17-year-old son Jay in a single-vehicle crash — Greg is able to move audiences young and old by his powerful presentation.

Greg believes it’s time young people change the old “it’s not going to happen to me” attitude (or as he calls it the “Superman syndrome”)— that what you do doesn’t affect anyone else.

Audience: High school

Requirements: Microphone, projector and screen. Consent and release form must be signed by the school regarding props and visual aids used in this presentation.

Cost: $500 per presentation. Travel expenses are additional for any presentations outside the Lower Mainland.
