Kathy Parslow — Vice President, Claims and Driver Licensing Operations

Kathy is responsible for claims and driver licensing operations. Her division is proud to serve 3.6 million customers province-wide — many of whom come to us 1.6 million times a year for driver licensing services or 900,000 times a year for when they have an insurance claim.  

We are committed to providing customers with consistent, quality service to help customers get back on the road. This means being there for our customers when they need us the most and helping them understand the claims process, and offering accessible driver licensing services through 118 points of service, including driver licensing offices, government agents and appointed agents throughout B.C.

Kathy joined ICBC in 1998 and has held various senior roles across the organization including Senior Director of Claims Customer Services, Vice President of Corporate Services, Director of Insurance Planning & Business Transformation, and Director of Regulatory Affairs & Planning. 

She is a Chartered Insurance Professional, holds an MBA from Simon Fraser University and Masters of Arts from the University of British Columbia.
