​Leslie Mitton, Interim Vice President, Human Resources

Leslie is responsible for the design and delivery of the Human Resources Strategy to ensure that ICBC is able to attract, retain and develop employees now and in the future. Her team works with leaders and employees across the organization to design and deliver programs and services. Accountabilities include talent acquisition, total rewards, consulting, organizational development, change management, learning and development, labour relations, and measurement. Leslie’s division is also accountable for business continuity planning, environment and employee health & safety.

Leslie joined ICBC in 1992 and most recently held the role of Director, People & Culture Enablement. Prior to this she held various leadership roles in Human Resources and Insurance.

She holds an Honours B.A. from Brock University, Management Certificate from SFU and is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR).
