​​​​Pauline Kemp, Interim Vice President, Claims Material Damage and Driver Licensing Operations​​

 
 
​Hi, I’m Pauline (she/her). I’m in an interim role looking after Claims Material Damage and Driver Licensing operations. These teams ensu​​re our customers receive a great experience when making claims and that their vehicles are safely repaired or they’re fairly compensated when repairs are not feasible. We also support the driver licensing needs of all British Columbians, ensuring we move people, goods and services forward in the prov​​ince. ​

I joined ICBC in 2015 after moving from the U.K. in 2009. Previously, I held a number of large operational roles in financial services in the U.K. and moved into insurance when I came to Vancouver. I have a Bachelor’s in Business Studies and Marketing from the University of Stirling and a Master’s in Business Administration from Henley Business School. I also completed the Chartered Insurance Institute exams here in Canada. Aside from work, I love travel and I like to keep fit running, hiking, kayaking, boating and skiing.
