​Our driver licensing offices in Langley and Port Coquitlam are experiencing reduced staffing levels and wait times may be longer than normal.

We sincerely appreciate our customers' understanding and patience at this time.

Our Kamloops driver licensing office is now open after a temporary closure last week.

We've contacted all customers who had an appointment booked for that week to reschedule. Road test customers are rebooked on a priority basis. Please call us at 1-800-950-1498 if you have not heard from us and require assistance.

We had some staff COVID-19 cases at that location and, although health authorities did not order the closure, we wanted to make sure we're doing everything we can to help reduce the spread of the virus in our communities.

Safety continues to be our top priority. We have robust business continuity plans in place and we'll continue to monitor and adapt as needed.

As a reminder, you can renew your insurance by phone and email by contacting your local Autoplan broker.

If you need to visit any of our partners in-person, such as an Autoplan broker or collision repair facility, we encourage you to call them first. Please do not attend any of our partners or ICBC offices in-person if you feel sick.​
