Changes to telephone consult invoices

Effective November 26, 2023, invoices for telephone consults will now have GST added. Telephone consultations are part of claims administration and not health care services, and are therefore taxable. Invoices submitted through HCPIR will automatically have the GST included, and manually submitted invoices will have the GST added once we input the invoice.
