Submitting Claim reports to ICBC

When emailing claim reports and supporting documents to independent.adjusters@icbc.com, please take note of the following guidelines:

  • No other documents are to be submitted to this email address, including invoice reconciliation lists.
  • Emailed drop box links and zip files are not acceptable.
