Express Repair systems and requirements
Access to these systems is restricted to Accredited c.a.r. shop VALET facilities and their authorized employees. You require a username and password to access these systems.
In addition, please ensure that you have the necessary
technology requirements to use the Express Repair systems.
If you do not have an ICBC facility number, please contact the Manager Estimating Services at your servicing claims office.

Direct Rental Forms
Direct Rental Form CL113F is to be used by c.a.r. shop VALET facilities in areas that do not have a preferred rental vehicle supplier to ICBC.
Direct Rental Referral Form CL113H is to be used by c.a.r. shop VALET facilities in areas that do have a preferred rental vehicle supplier to ICBC.

If you have not completed the configuration for the August 1, 2019 Material Cost Allowance Increase, please do not download the UltraMate Configuration file above.

Express Repair systems: hours of operation (PST)
Monday to Friday: 6 a.m.–10 p.m.
Saturday: 6 a.m.–7 p.m.
Sunday: 9 a.m.–9 p.m.
Mitchell hours of operation (PST)
Monday to Friday: 5 a.m.–5 p.m.
Saturday: 7 a.m.–11 a.m.
Provincial centralized express: hours of operation
Monday to Friday*: 7:30 a.m.–5 p.m.
*Limited services provided on Saturdays and Sundays
