We want to provide you with consistent, quality service. In fact, we've put our service commitments in place based on what customers on the advisory panel have said is important. This is just the beginning of our journey - with your input, we can evolve and expand our commitments.
ICBC is piloting new technology that could help reduce distracted driving. The technology involves a vehicle being fitted with a small device that communicates with an app installed on the driver’s cellphone. The technology disables the phone when the car is being driven. We will recruit volunteers for this pilot from our customer advisory panel. Participants must be ages 19 years and up, from all across B.C.
