Rebate eligibility
If you had an active eligible Basic auto insurance policy at any time during the month of February 2022, you were eligible to receive a rebate. Eligible personal insurance customers received $110 and eligible commercial customers received $165.
Haven't received your rebate?
If you haven’t received your relief rebate, please call our Insurance Customer Service team at 604-661-2800 or 1-800-663-3051 (toll-free). We’ll ask you to provide your driver’s licence number and/or licence plate number, as well as your current mailing address. Before calling, please consider signing up for direct deposit to receive your rebate sooner.
