What is My ICBC?

My ICBC is an online self-service tool where you can access driver licensing, insurance, claims, account and payment information. It puts information and services that were once separate together in one place.

Who can use My ICBC?

You can use My ICBC if you have:

• A B.C. driver’s licence

• A BCID

• A BC Services Card

• An ICBC insurance policy

• An ICBC claim

If you are located outside of the US or Canada or are a commercial customer, you cannot access My ICBC.

How do I access My ICBC?

You can sign into My ICBC using your BC Services Card account or through your bank with Interac® Verification Service.
