Currently, you can only renew your ICBC policy online if it’s a personal policy that’s due for renewal within 44 days, the vehicle isn’t jointly owned and you don't plan on making changes to the coverage. However, there are circumstances where you may still not be eligible to renew online (for example, if you have debt owed).
You can submit your odometer reading online or through your broker any time in your policy term. If you’re eligible to receive a usage-based discount, you’ll receive a prorated refund.

No, we're not able to temporarily suspend your current insurance. However, a few options may be available to meet your changing needs. Speak to your Autoplan broker about:
buying a Storage Policy if you're not using your vehicle or intend to put it in storage,
reducing your coverage to a minimum, or
getting a short-term policy lasting between three and 11 months.
