Request a reissue of your ICBC relief rebate
If you’re eligible for an ICBC relief rebate but haven’t yet received yours, you can request that the rebate is reissued to you.
Please note that ICBC does not issue rebates by text message or email.
You’ll need to provide ICBC with your driver’s licence number, licence plate number, insurance policy number (also known as the certificate number), current mailing address, email address and daytime telephone number.
If you had an active eligible Basic auto insurance policy at any time during the month of February 2022, you'll receive a rebate. Eligible
personal insurance customers receive $110 and eligible
commercial customers receive $165.
