As part of our COVID-19 response, access to many ICBC services has changed. Most offices are offering and requesting you book an appointment to visit a driver licensing office. Please search our
office locator for the office you intend to visit for more details.
As of November 23, 2020, the following offices are introducing an appointment-only system for the majority of the day:
Kamloops and Victoria Wharf
Richmond Lansdowne and Surrey Guildford
You must have an appointment to take a knowledge test at these locations.
