Get refunds faster by direct deposit
From time to time, you may be eligible for refunds from ICBC. With direct deposit, you can receive a refund straight into your bank account.
This tool is for you if:
You are the sole registered owner of your vehicle
You are the sole lessee of your vehicle and your policy has an effective date on or after January 6, 2025
This tool is not for you if:
Your vehicle is leased by more than one person or by a company
Your vehicle is jointly owned
Your vehicle is a company vehicle or part of a fleet
Set up direct deposit
Before you start, make sure you have your ICBC keyword and your banking details ready. Get help with signing in.
Please note that if you've previously provided banking details for the Autoplan payment plan, you'll need to provide them again to set up direct deposit. To update banking details for your Autoplan payment plan, please contact your broker directly.
