Accessibility barriers

Have you, or someone you represent or live with, experienced a barrier when interacting with us? We want to hear about it.

A barrier is an obstacle or anything that prevents a person with a disability from fully participating in all aspects of society because of their disability. Barriers can be systemic, physical, attitudinal, technological, sensory, or related to information and communication.

Barriers could impact someone's ability to physically access our offices or services, view information on our website or use digital services, engage with our customer service team, apply for our jobs online, and more.

Report an accessibility barrier

Please email the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility (DEIA) team at [email protected] to share your feedback. When reporting an accessibility barrier, please include:

  • where and when you experienced the barrier

  • if you identify as a person with a disability or represent someone with a disability

  • what impact the barrier had on you

  • what would make it easier for you to interact with us

Your feedback will help inform our accessibility plans in future. Thank you for sharing your feedback.
